This piece appears in Season 5, Episode 1 of Person of Interest.
The Original Soundtrack for Person of Interest is composed by Ramin Djawadi. The OSTs for Seasons 1-4 are available to purchase, although there are also many pieces composed for and mixed within the show's episodes that are not included in those releases. Due to the shortened nature of Season 5, the final season, there is no OST release for it, but despite that, it has some of the best original music of the entire series.
In terms of future plans for the channel, I plan to upload more of these Person of Interest Season 5 Unofficial OSTs as I create my own compilation of the Person of Interest Season 5 OST from the available extracted sources.
