Dude, i made these beans about a year ago and my co-workers are still talking about them, they constantly ask when will i be making more on a regular basis. Thanks for this recipe, can't wait to try others😀
Made these to the exact measurements and even than pollo Inka straight fire papa thank you for getting right to the point and not stretching it into a 20 minute video like others thank you bro
Had some Peruvian beans for the first time last week and we loved them. After that, I can't go back to any other beans and stumbled upon your recipe for it. BOMB!!! Just made it for the first time and my husband loved them! Love your videos! They are short, funny and beautiful shots! Gonna try more of your recipes! Keep them coming!
🌎Peruvian Beans 2 cups of Dry Canary Beans Sauce: 1 tbsp of Olive Oil 4 slices (6-8 oz) of Bacon 1 Large Red Onion 1 tbsp of Garlic Paste 1 tsp of Cumin 1 tsp of Oregano Salt & Pepper 2 Cups of beans and broth into blender
I made this recipe today and it turned out super delicious. Thank you for this recipe and also as another commenter said, you got straight to the point without a lot unnecessary chatter.
This is by far the best recipe for Peruano beans that I have ever tried. The last step of blending the beans really adds the right texture. Creamy and delicious. Thanks, Antonio.
Made these without the bacon and they were still really delicious. Thanks for taking the time to share this recipe. Your video looks really good too. You can tell you spent time on it.
Thank you so much for the feedback! Glad they turned out well for a little extra flavor if you’re making them vegetarian add a half a Tbsp of sesame seeds to the sofrito 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Covid-19 made all the Mexicans in my area (I'm Mexican too) buy up all the pinto beans, but there were plenty of Peruvian beans, so bought them. I'm glad I found this recipe. Good shit my dude, this looks like a delicious recipe.
Yeah Marco. I love peruvians and their foods. I visited Peru twice and tried to get back March 2020 but the plandemic. Now I have to learn how to make the foods myself. Thanks I'll try the recipe soon.😀
I hope you’re doing well man, I love this recipe, been making it for years now because of you. I think you have a great style and would kill it in RU-vid Shorts if you got back into content creating.
Mr. MrcFlavor - Wow you have mad skills and so on point! I'm late on this video and was cruising for a recipe and found you. Just lovely! Can you make Peruvian chicken with a side dish of your choice? Be well and hope your safe. Peace & Blessings
Is there anywhere there are written instructions for your recipes? I writing furiously while watching the videos. I just subscribed and everything looks delicious!
Start by adding beans to a bowl and soaking in water for 8 hours or overnight. Next morning drain. To a large pot add beans and cover with water, cook in high heat for 40 minutes. Drain, add back to the pot with 4 cups of water and cook for another 30 min or until tender. Chop onions and slice bacon. Head a skillet add olive oil and brown bacon for 3 minutes. Add onion brown for another 3 minutes and finally add garlic paste. Season with salt, pepper, and cumin stir and set aside. In a blender add 2 cups of cooked beans and sauté mix. Have a cup of the bean cooking liquid and slowly add to blender until it’s the desired consistency. Incorporate back in with the whole beans and were done. Eat this with a stew or with rice and a fried egg. Enjoy it! Hope this helps!
I may have to try the recipe one more time ... I don't think I seasoned my $hit enough! I also walked away from the pot and it definitely overflowed. Still pretty delicious, though! Thanks for the great recipe!
Thanks I'm old-school New Mexican, nothing but pinto beans. Going to try these out tonight love the blender idea with the bacon.. Albuquerque love and Hatch Green Chile
Love your short to the point explanation whereas some take the long drawn out route to explain. Yours look really good. But I forgot to change the water in mine. Too late still delicious. If my beans break or spilt does it mean its too cooked?
Thank you Irma! Yes and no lol when they overcook and split they still come out creamy so it’s all good every time you make it you’ll learn something new until you get it how you like it. Glad you enjoyed the video 😊
Your production quality is incredibly high, I'm always shocked when I hit one of your recipes and see your sub count, but I could definitely see your channel rocketing once you start getting recommended. I mean for real if Bird Martinez can get 60k subs you should have an easy 600k. Totally take or leave what I'm about to say - all my own opinion and probably worthless. Not sure how you choose what recipes to cook but literally the only reason I found your videos was because I had Peruvian beans and was looking for recipes. Maybe consider some new topics to catch as large an audience as possible, don't kill me but something like '3 Easy Peruvian Tacos for Beginners' or something like that. Hit some of those keywords people are searching for. "Spicy Peruvian French Fries" or something. Also go do a little guerilla self-promotion on reddit, etc. if you aren't already. Anyway man, keep making videos, you've definitely got the skill.
If you look in the Turkey Sandwich video, there’s a huancaina recipe on there. You can serve that sauce on potatoes with boiled eggs and olives, hope that helps 👍👍👍
Please STOP almost saying a cuss word it's ugly a belittles you😐! I want to learn Peruvian style dishes to add to my plethora of knowledge and skill of the art of cooking making some mastery dishes. But you throw it all of with that scrap at the end , I'm tryna stay CHRIST like down put your trash in my thoughts ! You teaching a recipe do so without allat ignorant talk you do have older , descent , god fearing people such as myself who want to learn a dish or two from you 😏
