Hi, i know this video was created a while ago but can i ask if everything here is fresh like the vegetables, is it like fresh corn and fresh tuna or can you use frozen or tinned im guessing i would be better fresh? Xx
Your salmon looks awesome. I eat it 4 times a week too. Awesome job and a recommendation for u to try is tilapia and asparagus with raspberries 😊 good work
I honestly believe you have described the answer I’ve been looking for! I’m 54, menopausal, and I lost my youngest child in December 2021. I have packed on the pounds without understanding why. Such a powerless feeling! But I started to get excited as I listened to your philosophies about food and our connection to it. I’m going to give this a go. I just haven’t been able to get behind any “diets” my friends are doing. But this has a ring of truth to it! Prepare foods that excite me so they are available conveniently when it’s time to eat. Feel anticipation about the good food I will be eating during the week. Can’t wait to revisit this comment in a few months and see how I feel! Thank you for preparing these dishes in a way that was very easy to understand! 🤟🏻☮️💙
First of all thank you so much for sharing your journey with me and the community we have on here I’m sure it’ll help someone else going through something similar. I’m glad you found some inspiration and I must confess prepping exciting recipes and making it an adventure of sorts has helped me greatly and with a little walk in nature for at least 30 mins/1 hour a day, it all eventually starts to show on the physical and mental well-being. I’m excited for you and your journey please come back again and share your progress. 🎉❣️
Just subscribed love your positive energy and realistic recipes !! Absolutely love that you noted you lost weight through intuitive eating!! Congratulations girl ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Am gonna do pescatarian only foods in January and will definitely be trying some of your recipes. Am a big fish eater anyway, mackerel pate, salmon pate, prawns with seafood sauce...yum! My favourite is pan fried trout with flaked almonds. Melt butter in pan add crushed garlic and trout, cook till ready. Fry almonds and add to fish then drizzle lemon juice, salt and pepper over. You will love this!
The trout recipe sounds amazing Lindsay! I will have to give a try soon and feedback to you 😄 yes all this fish and seafood I am here for too so much variety. I like the idea a of pescatarian January!! Please do share more recipes when it comes around! Enjoy ❣️
This is the best video I have seen thus far. Thank you so much!!!! Can you advise if you take in a set number of protein each day with these meal combos?
Not at all! But if it happened to you perhaps check to see if you have an intolerance to certain foods or stick to more vegetables less seafood/fish or drink more water it might help you. Good luck! 😊
Hi Kesha, I’ve never been off meat entirely for a prolonged period of time, I just alternate between meat and fish/seafood etc. And I’d say with moderate healthy eating it took around 3/4 months to see physical changes but after a week of eating healthily I felt much better and energetic. Hope that helps 😊
If you consume only seafood and plants then your diet is called 'pescetarian'. If you consume seafood, eggs, milk and plants alone then your diet is demivegetarian. There's another diet called the demiveg diet (seafood, poultry, plants).
