Travis is dying on the inside, and I love it. There is some real-life trauma when he sees those impulse purchases.

The hopeful story is that Fjord never wanted the blink Dog, but one day he uses blink and the dog blinks perfectly with him, and thus they become the closest

i love how everyone thought the weasel was the first to go down. Episodes later, Thaddeus is gone and Nugget is at home with Mama Lavorre. The Weasel is still around albeit traumatised.

Cue one day later in-campaign and the dog and weasel survived a 100ft swim underwater.

This is either the most adorable or most twisted thing Matt has done so far. It's a miracle Kirri got out unscathed, so this feels like they are pushing their luck, especially with so many animals. The question is, does Nott eat the weasel or the owl?

Blink dogs are cool as hell in combat. I hope Nugget grows into a fearsome, teleporting murder machine.

I can’t believe theirs an alternate reality where Jester and Bueu are riding Adult tigers into war, Jesters’ being covered in ornate paintings and glowing with magical power, Bueus’ is covered in heavy metal armor, with massive claws and a massive horn protruding from the head like a rhino, and I’m not apart of said reality

It will be sad when Nugget dies.

To be fair, Laura has already handled a bear in the last campaign, so she has experience in taking care of dnd animals.

This is a Crimson Weasel, and nothing more exciting. It is oddly resistant to dying and I dont know where it came from.

On a serious note, I really hope everyone is successful in training their companion, and they'll be able to help in future stealth missions

This happened in a campaign I was playing in, but it kinda got weird fast. We got a blinkdog that stuck with us long enough to fully grow, and had enough of a bond with our abnormally small gnome wizard that the wizard would ride him. Along with the fact that my dm ruled that their magic was attuned in a way that the wizard could be teleported with the blinkdog if he was riding him.....

I love the idea of pets in D&D. In a campaign I’m in, my Aasimar Bard bought a mammoth and awakened it. So now the two are best friends and ride together wherever they go, they are basically inseparable. Also, it’s also in Bard style to just show up out of know where riding on a mammoth that’s barded, ready for battle.

40ish episodes later. This dog has been too much responsibility for us.

Seven months later.... Professor Thaddeus the owl got left behind within three episodes never to be seen again. Blink Dog Nugget, death by fire ball about four weeks ago. Sprinkle the weasel is currently the only one to have survived the M9's shenanigans.

No one does "overcome with cuteness" like Laura *harp sounds* Bailey.

And thus began. The torture of sprinkle.
