On face value I couldn't really get why people like Pete Davidson. He comes across as Moe Szyslak if Moe was trying to seem younger and more hip. But then I listened to him for a while and I started to get it. He has a kind of honestly about vulnerability about him. It makes him weirdly compelling. He seems like any moment something terrible is about to happen to him. But for now, you're safe with Pete.
Went to his show in Greenville SC a couple days ago and TBH his show was awful. There was only one joke that was genuinely funny. The rest of it was very MEH. The guy that opened for him was way better. And if I'm being totally honest Pete looked like he was hardcore on drugs. Scabs on his face and all.

There really was a group of Jewish people who would do that in nyc. I used to get asked all the time if I was Jewish too. I think they were setting trips to Israel, and they did get disappointed when I said no.
