Attending a concert with Peter Cetera and Amy Grant must have been an unforgettable trip down memory lane! Their timeless music surely created an outstanding experience. Someone in the comments mentioned that they were at this concert and it was on 2003, not 2011. It's incredible to think that it's been two decades since that unforgettable night in 2003. I would have loved to have been part of that magical moment! This made me fall inLOVE again....❤
Wow. Talk about an enchanting evening… walking down memory lane wit Peter Cetera & Amy Grant. Listening to all the love songs of my youth. The way I can still blush thinking about the boy I fell in love with way, way back in college (1985). The love is still there… and these songs take me right there. Thank you for your love of music and multi-talented artistry, Peter & Amy.
Sally, havent you also wondered why so few people have discovered this concert, although exerts have been looked at often. One of favourite ever concerts, and to think Peter would have been 67 then. Amy Grant would have been around 50. Kim Keyes is for me also amazing. Dave in Berlin
@@sallycapili8046 strange that as he was the voice of Chicago of course. I read through google that he finished his musical career in 2018 because he didnt want to hop on and off planes going to venues. He was 74 when he stopped. This concert that we have remarked on was in 2011. Anyway, lucky you that you were able to see him live in Sydney. My last live concert here in germany was a band called Foreigner. Personally would have loved to have been at his concert in Chile in 2017. At least we have the wonderful RU-vid to at least see and hear them. By the way i follow a great cover band from OZ called the Hindley Street Country Club. Their rendition of Peter Cetera is also damn good. All the best from Berlin. Forgot to ask if the concert from him in Sydney was sold out and if Kim Keyes did the duets. Wouldnt have thought Amy Grant was there or Cher come to that lol
@@davidwilliamgay4821 late 70s my USN older brother brought a lot of LP of different artists. Then I started to like Chicago. I have CDs as collection and play every weekend.
Perhaps “BEST CONCERT I have ever seen. Have had on my Dish Network DVR for several months & watched it all the time. Just got outa Hospital & it’s gone. DVR not full but also cannot find out if/when it will be on again. I recorded on AXS! Really wish to re-record if anyone knows when or where can‼️Many thanks to anyone that can help!❤
John Holt firstly happy that you have recovered. Was wondering why so few have ever found or listened to this wonderful concert. Also the best i have ever heard, especially the duets with the beautiful Amy Grant and Kim Keyes. This concert was in 2003 and not 2011, but who cares. Thanks just goes to the person putting this up on RU-vid. All the best Dave
I’ve watched lots of Amy grant and Peter cetera live performances and this same blonde is often backing them both. Did she tour with both over the years?
The backing vocalist, Kim Keyes, has sung both with Peter and Amy for years. Amy has always had a sense of modesty about her own talents and high praise and respect for those in her band, whom she often considers good friends. Kim has frequently sung the girl duet parts with Peter on tour, including Amy's part on "Next Time I Fall". If the subject of Amy singing Cher's part on "After All" came up at all, she likely would have wanted Kim to have her own chance to shine.
I was always a Chicago fan and like Peter's work in general. It just strikes me that Peter's affectations is a bit to much, especially beside Amy Grant! Call me too picky but it's just my opinion!
