St Peter’s stout all grain not to be mistaken for St Peter’s cream stout totally different pint . Very enjoyable not to roasted just right hit the sweet spot by mistake I think with extra water in sparge
This pint is not like a Guinness mate it’s a nice stout but has way more character and flavor than a Guinness to some will be lovely but if it’s a Guinness you want this will not be it . I have done plenty of stouts now and it’s very hard to get the same as Guinness. I won’t give up doe I will eventually . I will have a look back threw my videos no and see what one is like a Guinness and send it to you
The stout in that video mate I would recommend you to brew as your first I take it you have a AllGrain system. A lovely pint try leave it for 7/8 weeks
