Well this is none canonical, but if they can bring better writing to a season 2 without dumbing down the characters massively I’ll be looking forward to it

It feels more Red vs Blue to me. One of the biggest charms of Red vs Blue was the idiots in a canyon talking nonsense. Now we get these numbskulls talking nonsense and they’ve started treating proper action like it’s an occasional treat again, if feels right.

@@TheKasimkage With important actors having left the company, they're not going to make another RvB with the original characters. At least not any time soon. They can try, but honestly they're still doing this out of desperation. They saw zero flop (imo they might have known from the beginning that it would), and are resorting to what's appears to be similar to the original series. It's a comedy now, but with characters who could not truly appeal to the audience of RvB. It's just corporate executives milking whatever they can still get out of this franchise. And with the drama, actors leaving, etc, RT is pretty much keeping itself alive through life support. If it was up to me, I'd pull the plug and finally let it die.
