Pheasant Tuscan Pasta (easy&healthy)

Need a fresh and favorable recipe to use some of that pheasant in the freezer, give this a try!! Use your preferred spices, milk and pasta choices to make this as healthy as you want!
- Dice 3-4 pheasant breasts into bite size pieces
- Place in a bowl with olive oil and coat with seasonings (I use Italian seasoning and a pasta seasoning), salt, pepper and minced garlic
- Heat a skillet and brown pheasant meat
- Add in sun-dried tomatoes (with oil and diced)
-Start preparing pasta
- Add 3C of milk, 2T of flour and seasoning together then whisk until no lumps are left
-Add liquid mixture into pan with pheasant and sun dried tomatoes
- Continue cooking over medium/high heat until sauce starts to thicken
- Add a couple handfuls of spinach and cook until wilted
- Once done, add in cooked pasta.
- Dish up and serve with fresh grated parmesan and basil- ENJOY!!!
