I really don't understand why people think he's on something here. He's getting older people, I've seen him talk waaaay slower than this before on numerous interviews before he cleaned up properly. His voice is shot from years of screaming his ass off and smoking(obviously), but for his age and how he's treated his body and mind in the past, he's doing pretty darn good I'd say.

+deanml1986 Yup, he used to talk painfully slow and used to wonder if he fell off of a building. He's still not the same as when they first started (seemed normal), but a definite improvement over the last 10 years.

Quit drinking a while back. Miss jamming with my guitar buddy at night while listening to metal on the radio. Way better than going to a bar until boredom kicks in. Drinking betrays you one way or another.

Walk Through Exits Only, it's an album I do not put in the stereo very often. When i do, I enjoy it extremely. I think that is the strength of this album. It is to be heard at certain times and not very often. It is very heavy and in the face and it works. To be honest this has some of the best lyrics that Phil has ever written. It´s strange but really really good. And Phil if you are reading this, waiting for an ballad driven album from you. I think it would be really special.

Phil is just fine.. I saw him not to long ago and he was drinking non-alcoholic beer, talking clearly and sang his ass off. He is actually sober now besides few drinks on occasion and a midnight toke. There's much better videos online of Phil Anselmo. This was prolly after a show and he was a little loopy.

It was great to see you clean and sober in 2009-2011. You seemed to make a full recovery, but seeing you these last couple of years, it's obvious you're way off the wagon again. Your eyes are almost always closed in interviews again. Your speech has slowed down again and so has your thought process. You seemed to be doing so well Phil. WTF happened to make you get back on H brother?

Phil needs to quite those dam cigarettes you can see him struggling to breath i just watched a couple recent performances by phil n his voice is rooted. Also everything hes done since Pantera leaves A LOT to be desired I've been trying for so long n i mean so long to enjoy super joint ritual, down n Phillip H.
