I suffer from a bit of anxiety forgetting to let God fight my battles. Anyhow, I was trying to find some practical " write it down on a piece of paper" methods to meditate on what is right, just and pure, v 8. So I came across this message of which of course I got more than what I was hunting for. Thank you.

It would be good if these options appeared in Spanish. words of Jesus highlighted in a specific color, and the other is the space that corresponds to each word in a paragraph, many times the words are all stuck together without any separation.
