He's just not criminally responsible. This is the equivalent of a guy abandoning a woman on the side road. She later is victimized by a predator. He may be morally responsible. He is not criminally responsible.

Absolutely not. She did not die of exposure without making a single call or text. That is absurd and an insult. The fact the cops moved the car proves involvement. The cops couldn't even find her without help. That is just sad. It's not even a large area or even a well vegetated area. Bravo to the news group for following this story. 👏

This is EXTREMELY fishy. So many things don't add up. Red flags--> argument by witness, possible suspect possibly married with kids, cell phone not used, suspect gets "lost" going back down trail even though its very simple and hes done it many many times, and where his uber picks him up HAPPENS to be very close to where her body was eventually found. (3 houses away), time taken before he takes significant action. I've watched enough murder documentaries to know something is up. A higher agency needs to investigate asap

So he was picked up at the house area where her body was later found? And he took an Uber ride back to the parking lot? Yeah, something sure isn't right. If I heard the report correctly, he should be suspended until further investigation or maybe I should say a real investigation is done. Sounds like there is a cover up attempt. What was his excuse for being at the are where her body was later found?
@lewisvogel466
@lewisvogel466 2 года назад
What would be his motive for killing her? And why would this woman fly out to Arizona to spend the night with him after four of the girls friends told her she shouldn't go? The guy was a total dooshbag, and the girl wasn't smart enough to know, but her friends were. Too bad she didn't listen to those four friends who were looking out for her. Since the autopsy report showed dehydration as the cause of the girl's death, the case will probably never be reopened.

The photo was taken right near pole numbered 27, Angela was a bit further down trail. There are 36 numbered poles total. Further along than before, yes, but "Almost to the top" is too subjective of a description. The poles are not evenly spaced but she was about 2/3rds of the way to the top. At their current pace it was going to be another 20 plus minutes or so before she would have reached the summit and according to this report it took him about 26 minutes to get from the photo spot to the top.

Is he married? There have been numerous comments on other videos saying that he is married and has kids; there's your motive. Even if he isn't married, there could have been other reasons that they were arguing. Regardless, he knew that hiking Camelback mountain in 100+ degree weather would kill this woman as she probably is not aware of the dangers of hiking in this type of heat, let alone hiking Camelback mountain. So he took her there knowing she would succumb to the heat. Maybe she came from Chicago to meet up with him and she came to find out something about him like the fact that he is maybe married. Maybe she was going to use it against him or maybe he was scared that she might. Something is incredibly fishy about this and it's just fucked up.

Now if they were dating for awhile & he was married with kids & Angela was asking him to leave the marriage for him, then yeah, your theory might fit.

I am surprised our police chief Williams (who I consider 1st class) would accept the concept of "investigating themselves". I h have a theory re: police management as follows; it's important to hire/fire decisions regarding officers quickly based on small observable errors in judgement. It's my opinion small errors offer early insight into possible much larger problems. It would be useful to know if this man has had previous "little errors in judgement" noted in his files. Those little errors are currently ignored most of the time by the PD, but if those clues were considered we would not have had a man tazed on the gonads with pants pulled down in front of the kids, by a man pretending to be an officer but not having the basic discipline to manage himself. A more eastern state would not have a man (pretending to be an officer) on trial for ramming the back of a car flipping it , killing one child and seriously injuring another. He KNEW there were kids in that car, and he had a couple of previous "little" errors in judgement also involving Ramming the back of cars. But everyone looked past those "little" errors until 1 kid is dead, another seriously injured, a man charged with murder, and the taxpayers .. (not the man who did the killing) pay the settlement.

This a weird & in your face cover up & poor job of actually investgating.... Hes lives here knows its 103 no water? 99.9% of ppl in AZ have a hydro, or keep water/something to drink no matter the temp: even the homless... 10-10:02am she takes IG post & NEVER TAKES PIC, POST OR RECORDS AGAIN? First time in AZ on a beautiful mountain (YOU'RE TAKING PICTURES & CAPTURING VIEWS!!!!)(Females Love picture she looks like a photo loving type person as well) (IN AZ YOU'RE BRA IN 103 DEGREE WEATHER IS NOT THE SPOT) < i'll come back to this later 10:36am - They split up, HE KEEPS HER PHONE. At which point I assume he got pissed & shut it off as she walked away... (Photo I dont believe isnt them but just my take on it)(Do i think they could have been bickering about going back to get WATER; YES!! He's mr cop mr tough guy im sure tellling her "We'll be fine ive gone thine before blah blah" but she wasnt having it & wanted to go back so she did but made she to tell him " GET PICTURES FOR MY INSTAGRAM" mean take some picture for me please, Im sorry but I need water.................. 11:02am -He reaches the TOP( Thats an hr from her IG post) 11:20am- He text her "He's lost"(He Got To The Top Never Took Picctures Felt Some Sort Of Guilt Or Bad For The Lilttle Argurment & Turned Around Right Way)(Was there any evidence of pictures taken in either phone) (So you have her phone that SHE DOESNT have, & text it you're lost????? but you have walked this a few times before? THERE ARE TOO MANY PEOPLE WALKING to not ask for help! AZ HIKERS ARE BEYOND FRIENDLY & HELPFUL. 11:20am-11:39am- Seen walking in camera in area only 4 houses from her & NO OTHER text to her are sent cause he realizes he has her phone as hes walking back.... I do believe he also came upon the body & either 1.Saw it was her knew it was her & carried her behind the houses,ran behind other houses & called uber... (NO other camera views because these houses backyards are mountians that one camera view hes caught on would be a SIDE VIEW due to that property having possible trail acces or mistaken for trail exit/entery & just keep an eye out on irregular activity.... 2. Found her & left her ran behind houses to look more "hiker" like, Called uber... 3.Found her didn't care & called uber..... 11:52pm- 10min car ride to the parking lot? These time frames arent adding up at all 11:52-12:52pm- An Hour goes by that he goes BACK WALKING WHERE EVER & NOW ASKING PEOPLE BOUT HER?? LOOKING FOR HER?? In the same mountains YOU'RE LOST IN ??? I also think after he got picked up he turned his phone off as well. 12:52pm- He now decides to call & text her phone multiple times? WHY NOW? Because its been enough time in his mind to rule himself out before he calls 911... He doesnt use his phone to call the ranger , the ranger calls...!! BRA- he had no other options, leggins which im sure she had on didnt have pockets..... The was turned on ASAP & Im sure the sweat, & heat killed any of his dna/prints or they really didnt care to think that far. Phone also probably took a bit of time LOADING UP with the service in the mountains it can cut in & out alot or no service at all...... Houses seem to be in a in decent cell service but again those mountain services cut in & out HEAVY! so it would make sense that the PING HIT HER EXACT SPOT.. & I bet the friends panic all day cause the pings they were sending actually werent picking up & didnt pick up until phone cut into service.... the locations came in & overlapped each other due to the THE PHONE LOADING & SERVICE CUTTING IN & OUT. 10:36am-4:34pm- I clearly stated this above but as the video concludes it says she doesnt attempt to make NOT ONE CALL/OR TEXT... HMMMMMMM I WONDER WHY, HE HAS THE PHONE THE WHOLE DAMN TIME DURING UNTIL HE MADE THAT UBER PHONE CALL...!!!

I hike this trail very often. It's well marked but on occasion people will wander off trail and since the area is surrounded by neighborhoods you'll end up at a house if you go off trail. The first video this investigative team posted a couple of days ago indicates that Angela may have slipped past the end of the fence that continues from 'Echo Saddle' all the way to the base of the second set of rails. My guess is he went down before the rails, around pole number 15, into the neighborhood. That would explain where he ended up.
