I just want to add in case anyone is curious about getting this controller now. The newest version actually uses a USB-A and USB-C for the power and date respectively and did away with the default PS2 connector, they said that will be releasing an adaptor soon but no super good word on it the moment of this comment.

the quick changing sides part about the controller is the biggest selling point that no other controller has made to change so quickly other than gatting a large controller with two turntables like the real edition double, the virgoo fever, and the ezmax

Wait, PhoenixWans used to connect to PS2? Damn it. I just ordered the most recent version of it which needs an adapter in order to play on PS2. That would've been nice to have it already built in T_T I can't quite locate a USB adapter that connects to the PS2 controller slot.

The middle part with the grating started degrading.. is there a way to disconnect it so i can clean it or repaint it?

The options are: PUSH BUTTONS & SPRINGS: DjDAO Customizer button & 40g springs DjDAO customize button & 20g Springs SANWA buttons & 20g springs SANWA buttons & 50g springs SANWA buttons & 60g springs SANWA buttons & 100g springs MICROSWITCH: Honeywell-V15505-ez015 15g Omron D2MV-01-1c3 50g Omron D2MV-01-1c2 25g Omron D2MV-01-1c1 10g Omron VX-01 1c23 50g Omron VX-01-1c22 25g Honestly I dont understand that much.
