Thank you Dr. Seheult for sharing this research! I've been dealing with long Covid at home for the past few months. On partial or full sunny days in Michigan, I've spent 30-60 minutes outside or in our greenhouse. I felt so much more energetic when I had my radiant heat therapy! I slept better and it even helped with my stomach pains (which has been one of my symptoms). Thank you sooo very much for sharing this! I feel stronger every day and really feel I've turned a corner!

The website only cited 3 studies with very small population samples with regards to ADHD. However, the study results did show significant improvements in ADHD symptoms, and that in itself indicates further research is needed and, thus, giving hope to patients. My guess is the company selling the device (which is $3,400) will bank on that hope. Additionally, you can only read the abstract of the articles cited, which doesn't give you the exact measure of light therapy used in the study so you can compare it to the device's specifications. Do your research, I guess, is what I'm trying to say before you purchase a light therapy device.
