I remember standing there a few months ago... thinking to myself "shit this would be one hell of a jump". It's about 7 metres down and about 3 metres forward to the water.

the jump at the end was fun to see.i'm glad i found this vid b/c there is a tv ad where 2 guys r jumping over cars and my though was that they were olympic trained hurdlers.but i know now that it has a name and it's a pysical art form,thankz!

I've been doin backflips off of trees since like 5th grade and I recently started doing them again to entertain friends and they mentioned parkour. I have heard of free running before but didn't know so many people knew about it. I look up to the guys who do this stuff. It'd be cool if I could be as good as them. Keep up the good work

Yeah, there is no such big jumps, drops, crazy speed etc... But, this is what I love in parkour. The movement. And this kinda vid remains best to me all the time. This is Parkour ;-).

Wow, that was really good. Nice camera job and it must have taken a LOT of choreographing. It must have been freaky to have to jump off the bridge, almost hitting the dock! Anyway, good job!
