Yoshikage kira has 2 abilities he has the power to explode anything he touches and turn back in time. He doesn't need to explode people to turn back time.

JoJo is pretty awesome but it's very over the top. I'd say the most broken abilities are in parts 6, 7 and 8.

I wish he could look at what Accelerator does with his powers and explain them. I don't really understand what "vector manipulation" is despite reading all the explanations online. His power is fun to watch but I can't comprehend how it works.

Medaka Box manga (the anime doesn't cover everything, and it focuses more on the ecchi/fanservice, well its first season anyways, as it introduces you to Medaka Kurokami, but the second season focuses more on the story/plot/etc, but-as sadly, it never got more seasons), has the most insanely OP (over-powered) abilities and/or powers of all time ------------ the "not equals" (basically GODS): 1. Medaka Kurokami 2. Iihiko Shishime 3. I found this list to be very lacking in OP anime abilities, other than Hakai. Here are a few abilities that are ridiculously OP & there users. Tatsuya Shiba - The Irregular at Magic High School Decomposition- is also known as Dissolution. By itself, Decomposition can destroy areas, objects, or obliterate Sequences. With Elemental Sight, Tatsuya can identify the design of any Eidos (body/object) or Sequence, then by using Decomposition, he can break down that design or structure entirely or selectively choose bits and pieces. For information bodies, such as magic spells, he can disassemble the design or neutralize it by deleting just a portion. For physical objects, he can break them down into their constituent molecules, or even further into pure energy. Meaning he can convert matter Into pure energy, with zero loss. He does this to a flag on a ship, creating an explosion bigger than the Tsar Bomba. Tenchi Masaki -Tenchi Muyo Hyper Dimension manipulation - Tench is the Ruler of what is called the Hyper Dimension. A dimension above all others. As such our dimension is nothing but something he can manipulate at will. Time is a physical dimension that he can move forward, backwards, or manipulate at will. Takatou Yogiri - The other world does stand a chance against the power of Instant Death Die- Takatou is essentially "Omega", the end of all things. Yogiri's human form is the end of everything in the form of a normal person, further supporting the fact that his true form is something completely abstract and metaphysical. Against such a being, even Fate and Plot are less than a joke, similar to a disaster/calamity that can't be fathomed. As the embodiment of nonexistence that represents the End of all existence, The End of All Things stands beyond and outside the conceptual endless hierarchy of higher-level continuums and is even inaccessible to infinite higher dimensions, as The End can destroy all those things. There is nothing beyond him, & everything is nothingness before him.
