The “why” stage is my favorite. When my little cousins go through it, I try my best to answer their questions as accurately as I can. I don’t know if it truly helps them, but I love it. I believe that everyone has a particular pace in development. It has been proven that we have different brains that operates uniquely to us, therefore, some might develop faster than other , some may develop slower . The important thing about this is no matter how fast or slow a person develops , they will all undergo the same stages.

The script for the video is very well written. Explains Piaget's concepts very well. We really have a sensational machine built inside us, our brain. It's a gift to be able to have n use it.

"Does everyone have a particular pace in development?" -In my opinion, yes because we take up lessons, things, learnings and new stuffs differently and also apply it on ourselves or our own lives as we realize or understand that this can help us in such specific situation/s or pick out as we decide if should we do this instead of that when we are in the middle of making decisions. And most importantly as we all know or are aware of there are people who are categorized or considered as a fast learner or a slow learner. And even in some case some get their development stunted together with some disorder like people with special needs that also comes with different types and as to what I am talking about, I meant those that causes physical and mental developmental delays and disabilities like down syndrome. Either ways, however it goes with the individual, there's nothing to be ashamed/pressured about. Everyone should take their time and respect everyone's pace.

Yes, this is very true. Everyone has their own pace in development since not all of us have the same experiences in life, not all have a childhood appropriate for learning and adapting. That's why some of us grow differently. There are many factors for that, and one would be our families. They affect us, the things they can say can be implanted in our minds as we grow. So if there are rejection signs, it would result in unpleasant behaviors when we're slowly growing in our Formal Operational Stage.

As a retired child and adolescent psychologist I was so glad to find your channel. I’m weary of seeing adult cognitive-behaviorally therapists (I’ve also worked with traumatized cops and military) restate Piaget’s work and claim that Piaget developed Schema Theory. He did not. Thanks for letting me get that off my chest.

All of us grow up in different ways and we learned things differently. We grew up in different environments and experienced different childhood memories and knew every single thing we wanted to do.

"Does everyone have a particular pace in development?" yes, each and everyone of us has our own pace in development since we all have different and unique experiences. Our environment and the people surrounding us when developing ourselves are different but similar at the same time since we're all taught somewhat similar things as we age like etiquette and proper manners, but even with this common knowledges taught to them, every child has their own unique pace and views in everything.

Learning takeaways: Balancing a child's awareness during their learning process is one great aspect to reach different milestones as they take step by step their growth and development. Experts may generalize a human's growth -- the cognitive development through dividing stages, but their classifications does not necessarily reflect every single individual as these clusters fall in the theory lane. This means that their concept holds an efficient consistency that mirrors most people's development. Personal development may take place over the path of an individual's entire lifespan and it is truly not limited to a single stage of a person's life. It occurs overtime, until the person reaches the finish line. Some medical reports states that other individuals experience development delays in speech, or social, or physical development which are also referred to as "late bloomers". This include individuals who had undergone late-onset growth or those who have disability such as dyslexia or ADHD. Moreover, late bloomers' talents and capabilities are not discernible to others until later than usual. We humans are all born differently beautiful, and at the end of the day, "life is not a race but a journey to be savored each step of the way".

Yes, we all have particular pace in learning because all of us is not raised by the same parent and not grew in the same environment. As we grow up we can achieve different talents and knowledge depending on the path we choose.

Yes, everyone have a particular pace in development because in Piaget's theory that every children has to acknowledge every pace they do and generally reach the certain milestone, and in different people in the surroundings we developed or follow what the adult are doing like its cognitive thinking even though we have different development but our experience from being a child is the same just like in the video said.
