Congratulations on your success. I am very successful too. What I’ve been working on these past several years is -NOT TRYING SO HARD, . Less list, less deadlines, take more breaks, meditation (yes). I’ve noticed when I controlled so much , I missed so many opportunities and blessings. Now I am even more successful , content and happy.
Wow!! This is the best explanation I have seen and understand, actually one that made me write down my goal and see it finally achievable. Thank you very much, I loved your video. Blessings and hug!
I’ve watched a lot of goal-setting videos and this one by far has been the easiest and most practical to follow. I also joined your group on skool and I am ready to start September 1st. This is just the pregame! Let’s go 🔥
Same, I agree with 100% of what you said, I love BSG. She’s providing so much free, concise value to the world, and it has been absolutely amazing to see her own growth on this platform I am ready and willing to give it my all, and chasing my dreams!!!
This video added clarity especially after downloading the worksheets. Thank you for the work you put into the community and helping us become our better selves. LFG!!🦍
I missed out on your July challenge (recovering from pneumonia at the time) so I am so excited for this one. I'm sure you'll get to your goals sooner than you realise. Your content is so good, it makes me motivated when I feel like my small self feels like it's taking over my goals. ♥
I'm so excited to do the challenge! Thank you so much for leading this challenge. I wish to be successful. And I wish you to be successful too, because of how you help people like me.
❤ Definitely appreciate the content you've been putting out. The added inspiration & clarity is absolutely appreciated. An hey, just got one of your NWSL cards coming in here soon! Keep up the amazing work! PS - This process breakdown is freaking awesome! I've heard countless people talk about 1 part or the other but, actually putting it all together & laid out in an actionable plan is perfect!
Thanks! I heard so many people talk about SMART goals in the past but felt so ambiguous and impractical, I'm glad I found a system that makes sense to me so hopefully it helps many others as well
It looks like you might be using a ring light for lighting, you might want to put it in a diffuser or use it as a bounce light instead. It should improve the clarity of your eyes, and reduce some of the intensity within your presentation.
100% true! I fell into this trap for a long time! It's like jumping from one branch to another never-ending, leading to frustration, confusion & "0" accomplishment. Thanks to your video, I had a light bulb moment.
So if my goal is to study more, but I also have goals like losing weight, exercising more, and other goals, should I just focus on studying more and forget about the rest until I'm consistently studying more?
All the goals you have listed require time and energy. Bianca suggested that we should list our obligations and then factor in our most important goal. Do you still have time and energy left for another goal? If not, you are stretching yourself too thin and you will not make enough progress and will get discouraged. I personally found several goals at the same time difficult to manage. It felt as if I was trying to push several shopping carts at the same time and in the end it got quite messy. Bianca's challenge will be for two months. After that we can choose another goal, or drop out, or stay with our current goal....
Doesn't matter which one you pick first, but it's better to just start with ONE only. You have to ask yourself, which one feels the most important to you? Prioritize that
(I like to save videos and then when something in a certain point of the video sticks out I make a note on why I saved the vid so ignore this comment) NOTES FOR ME: 13:07 organized way to achieve "prize goals" in a different mindset 16:27 create a draft/idea of your steps to your goals, do not try to plan everything 17:34 mindset/way to acheive first performance goal 17:46 SMART method: how to know a goal is a good goal 23:14 clear focus on how to achieve daily actions 24:36 be strict/stay committed to these goals by taking a time in the day to do them
Another inspirational video, BSG! 🙏 I’m ready for Cheallenge 2 🙌 I can see you having a Million followers in the next year or two because all the content you provide is so valuable 🫶
