I have thought about this before. When I blame something today and then tomorrow I find something else that may be to blame. And then the next week I find another reason for why I am the way that I am. It is like, "am I delusional? Overthinking this? Or is it because there is actually more than one reason?" Either way, I relate to this and am struggling with quitting behaviors everyday. Today, I say, "oh well. I'll just vape one more day. I will try again...... tomorrow" I call this the "I will diet tomorrow philosophy" and also, "kicking the can down the road"
