List of Ingredients:
for 1 jar
5 pcs of fresh cucumbers (washed and dried)
3 cups of water
3 tbsp of salt (for each cup of water you need 1 tbsp of salt)
3-4 cloves of garlic
bunch of fresh tarragon
2-3 pcs red pepper
1 cup of white vinegar (each jar should be filled up to 1/3 with white vinegar)

This method introduces unnecessary risk to the process of making 'quick pickles'. Subjecting any sealed container to heat introduces risk of that container exploding. I am not talking about heat shock, as I have seen mentioned in reply to other warning comments. Pressure is the danger. You can do this same process safely without sealing the container.

Can you substitute fresh tarragon with finely chopped dry. Can't find the fresh variety. Or should I use fresh dill instead?

Once they are cooled just keep them in fridge they will stay with the same consistency and nothing will change you can eat them whenever you want to

in this case it won't because both water and bottles are at the same temperature & get warm together gradually so there won't be any shock to the glass

Your recipe says 3 cups water and 1 cup vinegar, when added together it = only 1/4 of the vinegar. To fill each jar with 1/3 cup of vinegar, it should be 2 and not 3 cups of water to 1 cup of vinegar?

basically the amount of vinegar can be increased or decreased according to your taste, if you like a milder pickle then reduce the vinegar and if you like stronger taste you can increase it.

you can add tarragon for the aroma but you also can add any other herbs that you enjoy its aroma or just add nothing is not mandatory, but if you can add fresh dill, it will be nice
