I go to quite a few Stars games. Probably somewhere in the neighborhood of 20 per year. EVERY SINGLE TIME THE REVS TAKE THE ICE I TURN TO THE PERSON SITTING NEXT TO ME I SAY: SEE THOSE 4 GUYS? Yeah, what about them? THEY ARE THE ONES WE NEED TO BE WORRIED ABOUT!
Yes that is technically high sticking, however Im going to guess it wasnt called because he got checked hard and rocked backward. Kinda lousy reason not to call it but I can see it
@@BadPandaWoodworks well thats dumb. How often do you ever see a non fighting major called in the NHL? Once a month? they should be able to report more penalties if unseen by referees. In USA hockey they can on most penalties if they are in the “injury potential” category.
did u not see segiun hit him that’s why his stick came up , Dallas didn’t see that , I watched the game and people were yelling at the refs for nothing 🤦🏼♂️
Doesn’t matter. The player has to be responsible for his stick. Situations like that probably could go either way but it’s a penalty in the current NHL so.
@@zach.fz6541 are you like a idiot or something. Seguin hit the guy and Dubois falling back. Common sense says most of time when someone is falling back there stick is going with them. This isn’t a play where he tried playing the puck and got him. Let’s see you fall backward with two cup holders of coffee and see if you hold onto it
@@kingoftrolls19 yes he got hit, but he is still responsible for his stick. You can call it a bad rule and get mad at it all you want, it's still a penalty
