Glad ya brought up the border bill but you missed the reason it was ridiculous. It allowed 5000 to illegally cross a day before they even considered closing it. The law now is Zero are allowed to cross illegally. It also would not allow a new president to change it once put into law. It def was a border bill. But it only benefited Ukraine and Israel since the money they wanted was in there and a tiny amount would go to our border security. Be nice if they would just enforce the current laws we have.

The Republicans didnt want to sign the bill because it was called a border bill but it added funding to other causes. A majority of the money allocated was going to go to Ukraine and Israel and only a small portion was going to fund the border.
The reason that particular bill wasn't signed because it stated the borders wouldn't close until they had over 5,000 undocumented come across our borders EVERY Day for a week , so that is the Only way it would be triggered. That is Way too many and that's NOT checking their background at all!! The House came out with the bill HR2 a few years ago and they wouldn't pass it in the Senate and Biden wouldn't sign it either. That was a good border bill. Why didn't democrats pass it? Biden has the power himself to reverse his border decisions that he First made the first week of his presidency. Apparently he has a very short memory!
