Pikliz: Haitian Spicy Coleslaw Recipe | Easy Haitian Condiment for Grilled Meats and Sandwiches
Pikliz, also known as Haitian spicy coleslaw, is a popular condiment in Haitian cuisine. The recipe consists of thinly sliced cabbage, carrots, and onion that is pickled in a spicy vinegar mixture, giving it a tangy and spicy flavor.
