On the surface, this is PERFECT. It really makes Olimar and the Pikmin feel like they're the size of bugs, while all the enemies are more the size of small rodents... But in the _caves_ the absurdity of it all really shines through. XD
I think it's 3 times size in each direction instead of triple volume. Which means it's actually 27 times volume. Not sure if that means 27 times weight, but does explain why they're absolutely huge
yo Press A, speaking of a pikmin 2 mod increasing enemies and bosses health. I did the same thing but i gave the enemies and bosses 10X HP and i made the candypopbuds gave more pikmins (the purple one and the white one and others except for queen candypopbud)
I definitely prefer the more edited style of your videos. I'm glad you had fun streaming but it's difficult for me to watch what is effectively a VOD while doing other tasks.
28:43 Pikmin 2 has an issue where Pikmin can be pushed under the map if they are latched to an enemy at an odd angle and this is what happened since the squash and stretch of the blowhog's hitbox during the animation sent your Pikmin all over the place The Wii version does this all the time without the need for modding...
great video! feel like it would of been great if the treasures were 3x large aswell tho! is there anyway i could play with it would really like to at some point
Bro...how much time do you spend editing? The challenges themselves must take ages but imagine not only having to actually play the game like a god who had to literally puppeteer dozens of lil creatures but also edit it down...please tell me you take care of urself during all of this xD
29:00 you do know that all stick bridges in Pikmin 1 and 2 are very buggy right? also I think that the Water Dumple under the bridge is just big enough to attack your Pikmin
I had the game screen moved a bit too far to the left on the second stream (part 2 of the video) but it was corrected in that stream when someone called it out
I normally dont like moded runs cause its not how things were intended and i get its a fun idea to make a video on, its just not how i like my tea. But this seems like an awesome alternative run
