Pilates with Stability Ball | Improve your Posture and Work Your Abs | Release Back Pain  

Hi! Welcome back to my channel!!!😘
I was asked by many of you to create a new Workout using the Stability Ball...And here it is!!!
I LOVE using the Stability Ball in my Pilates routine because it forces me to engage the whole body, to feel the deep abdominals and to improve my posture.
The Swiss Ball adds variety to the Pilates exercises and challenges strength and balance.

If you want to purchase a Stability Ball, make sure the dimension is right for you:
55 cm diameter for people between 150 cm and 170 cm of height
65 cm diameter for peoeple between 170 and 185 cm of height
75 cm diameter for people beyon 185 cm of height
When the ball is ready you should be able to sit on it with a 90 degree angle on your knee.
