Crunchy oval pizzas from Margherita, Quattro Formaggi to Capricciosa and Parmigiana and many more different Roman and Italian foods. Great ambient and very fast paced pizza or pinsa making. Pinsa Romana does not date back to ancient Rome, ancient Rome did not have "Pinsa", it is a 2011 excellent created product, based on the classic pizza al taglio romana but with a mix of flours!

I kind of realised afterwards after more research, it's actually a marketing stunt, they wanted to say that Rome's pizza is older than Naple's, but obviously it's not, and in my opinion nothing beats good Napoli pizza.

@@AlexMarkTravel Di Marco, the guy who came up with this mix of flours, accidentally created this legend and, obviously, never corrected it. You have to try the pizza al taglio romana, different product from napoletana which I also love, but man it's amazing!!!
