Hi all .
on my previews videos i mentioned the use of a voice recorder during my phone assessment, and the reason why is because the person on the other end , she/he can typed in her report whatever they want . it happened in the past , but not this time .
so thank to my Philips voice recorder i managed to record the full interview and on this video you will listen the actual #pip personal independence payment phone assessment review .
