I got stopped twice because of an expired safety sticker while carrying pot plants. Got a ticket the 2nd time, just 3 days before I was moving out of state. The cops probably were thinking "what wimp, breaking out in a cold sweat over an expired tag".........being clean cut goes a long long way.

Violating their constitutional rights is the worst possible way to negatively impact the opinions the citizens in your city has of their local law enforcement. My dad was the police chief for 19 years and every year for the city’s heritage days he made it mandatory that all his officers attended and took at least 2 pictures with 2 different members of the community they had good interactions with and type up a short summary of who it was they talked to & what they talked about. Every year the city holds a 3 on 3 basketball tournament and one year 2 kids couldn’t find a 3rd player so they weren’t going to be allowed to enter until my dad took off his gear and signed up as their 3rd teammate. They lost immediately but the impact he had on both those kids was so great 15 years later they got P.O.S.T. certified and became cops. At my father’s funeral both of them gave very heartfelt speeches explaining why they became cops; my father. I must humbly say my father was a fantastic police officer. It wasn’t all about writing people tickets to him, it was about bettering his community.

@@thestraydog Yeah, it was a chemical gas b**b that if mixed properly could have also caused a giant fireball which would have shattered the pvc pipe and sent the shards in every direction. The officer got lucky that the chemicals either weren't added in the right quantities or that it didn't mix properly, otherwise he could have easily died (the vest would have only protected his chest, not his face, neck, legs, etc.).

I say this with no disrespect to Bruce and his son, but all the videos he’s commented on lately have already blown up on other channels. I suspect his son watches some of the body cam / crime channels (as do I) and when a video gets a lot of attention he brings his dad in on it. This kind of sucks for me because every single video Bruce comments on is one I already watched between 1-3 weeks ago. I wish wish wish wish wish they would find original body / interrogation cam videos or generate their own content, like I’d love to see Bruce dig up old case files and review them. Or comment on an ongoing trial (which he kind of did for the Depp-Heard trial but to a lesser extent than many other RU-vid lawyers)

@@cruisinguy6024I think most of us that watch this channel don’t watch many other body cam channels. For example, I watch Attorneys React and that’s about it. I mostly want the lawyer perspective not necessarily a cop perspective, know what I mean? I also don’t want my feed chock full of body cam videos. My only criticism of the videos here is that the cold opens are too long. They should be shorter and more punchy.

@@maggiefranks6849 that would be quite tricky because the police there barely enforce the laws. They don’t really have the resources to police so many people effectively. I guarantee you’re not gonna see a lot of Indian traffic stop body cam videos 😂

So, in India, traffic cops ( who are very very different from the police) can't really arrest anyokem. The maximum thing they can do is to cease your vehicle and yoy can pay a fine to take it out of their custody. All traffic violations only have a fine and no jail time. We also done get a "ticket".. You just pay the fine on the spot or it accumulates and the next time you are stopped, you pay at that time. - instances of coap stopping you cause your tail light is broken and stuff are almost unheard of. Most traffic stops are done on Saturday evenings for checking of drunk driving, day stops are typically for not wearing your helmet or jumping a signal.
