Dunno if it does this but pissing on someone should apply the Jarate effect like in Team Fortress 2. All attacks on the target are (mini) crits for a duration and invisible enemies (Nightkin) are revealed.

Beta NCR Hit squad: weak, don't attack unless you do, think there cool when there not Alpha Legion hit squad: Strong, Attack, a real threat

As much as I dislike the legion, The fact the Ranger hitsquad gives you time to get your rep up is a clear example of the constant NCR fumbling that lets the legion do what they do. These larpers in football equipment know how to do their job better than you ffs
