Welcome back to The Food Experience! This time I am making a few pizzas in the Pit Boss Lexington 500 Onyx. I show you how to make the dough and sauce from scratch in addition to how to do a 1 day room temperature fermentation. Also pay close attention to how I release and shape the pizza. I am in no means an expert. If I can do it YOU can do it!
dough:
199g '00 flour
123.25g water
1/4 tsp yeast
3.9g salt
1.95g sugar
2.95g olive oil
sauce:
26.4oz pomi chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp double concentrate tomato paste
10 grams sugar
10 grams olive oil
5 grams salt
