Loved your rib recipe ! Followed you directions and it was fabulous. As for pizza you want to slowly bring the stone up to temp along with the grill at the same time. It will temp shock the stone if you introduce the stone with cold pizza on it to a hot grill and crack the stone. Bring the cold pizza to the hot stone on the grill with a pizza peel and you'll cook through more even . Have fun ! Love the vids guys!
that's what I was thinking, bring it down about and it'll cut easier. and the word you're looking for is too not to. too long, too hard. And CLEAN that stove top, jeesh. there's special cleaning solution and techniques to get that cleaned right up
Pizza looked awesome man. I'm cooking a 5lb brisket today on the pitboss. Can't decide on where to place it. I think I'll start in on the left side then after 2 hours move it to the right side.
