Richaad's non-authentic but still pretty good Pizza Recipe For the Dough: 250g Bread Flour 2 1/4 tsp Instant Yeast 1 tsp Kosher Salt 1 tsp Honey 2/3 cup warm water 3 1/4 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp dried oregano (optional) (makes 2 servings) Combine dry ingredients in bowl of stand mixer. Dissolve honey in water, add along with olive oil to dry ingredients. Mix until just combined with spatula, then mix in stand mixer on low/medium speed until dough begins to pull away from the side of the bowl and becomes smooth (you can also do this by hand, it just takes longer). Let rest covered in well-oiled bowl at room temp for at least 30 minutes until the dough becomes doubled in size, or sealed in refrigerator overnight (up to 2 days). For the Sauce: 6 oz warm water 4.5 oz good quality tomato paste (Cento, Mutti, Napoleon, etc) 1.5 oz sundried tomatoes packed in oil 1/2 tsp oil from sundried tomatoes 60g honey (about 3 tbsp) 1 1/2 tsp anchovy paste 2 cloves garlic a few leaves of fresh basil 3 1/2 tbsp fresh grated Parmigiano Reggiano 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt 1 1/4 tsp fresh cracked black pepper 1/4 tsp dried basil 1/4 tsp dried oregano 1/4 tsp dried marjoram 1/4 tsp dried italian seasoning 1/4 tsp dried herbes de provence 3/4 tsp onion powder 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper powder 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes none of this is optional; i don't care if it's needlessly maximalist combine ingredients in container and blend using immersion blender (or whatever blender you have that will work) until fully blended and smooth. You may add extra honey and salt at this point to taste, until the desired balance is achieved. To make the pizza: Preheat oven with pizza stone on top rack to 550 degrees F, or as hot as it will go. Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface until you have a thin 14" round. You may also stretch the dough using your knuckles if desired. Sprinkle flour and corn meal onto a pizza peel (this helps with transfer of dough from peel to oven), then place dough on peel and finish forming dough to shape. using a fork or similar instrument, perforate dough surface to prevent blisters from forming while cooking. Brush olive oil over surface of dough, then spread sauce in thin even layer (you will have extra). Grate 8oz whole milk low moisture mozzarella on large side of box grater, then spread grated cheese evenly over sauce. Use an offset spatula to ensure dough is not stuck to pizza peel by gently sliding beneath dough. Carefully transfer uncooked pizza from peel to preheated pizza stone (If your dough is stuck, use offset spatula to loosen in from peel.) Cook for 10-14 minutes, or until cheese is melted and crust has browned. Remove from oven, brush crust with additional olive oil and garnish with flaky sea salt. Add chopped fresh basil to pizza. slice and enjoy. yes, this is a real recipe - i make it all the time. yes you should try it.
Actually making pizza as part of this music video was a stroke of genius, and the use of moustache as angry eyebrows was just the basil leaf on top. Absolutely rock-solid performance, dude, way to go!
@@BulborbStan Be honest. How many people knew it was coming during the five years it's been in development, releasing public betas and versions and whatnot?
@@i_am_totally_not_josue3371 They've met before, and they made a "Primordial Beat (Raiko's Theme) Metal Cover" together, and it's awesome! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-46Mp6Bq1lFM.html
I want to believe this is Peppino when he's not working or saving his small business from an evil floating pizza. Absolutely love the video of you making a pizza and how most of the video is framed with a purple TV. And I'm so happy this game's amazing soundtrack is getting covers.
@@jazermano Well, it's also weird to me because it happens too many times. When it becomes real, my mind goes weird. It's like i was writing the history just by thinking about something. So, yes. It's wild.
Absolute banger cover of a banger song, excellent work! Also don't think you could sneak in a little sample of the Death Puss n' Boots theme unnoticed! (3:40)
My cat just goes freakin' ballistic every time he hears this song. Needless to say after he heard this METAL version, his cat tree is now in several pieces with some of the matting wrapped around my PC. Needless to say, I think he likes it.
I was peacefully listening to this, writing down ideas for a D&D campaign without a care in the world, and you have the AUDACITY to scare the shit out of me with those last few seconds of audio!!!
This is so fire I could cook a pizza over it! In all seriousness, though, this song goes so incredibly well with your style, I am begging you to do more Pizza Tower covers
Alright, so the plan is to get at least one pizza joint to play this over the building's speakers during the lunch rush. Or at least let their delivery drivers blast this out the windows during deliveries.
It is illegal for Pizza Delivery Drivers to break the sound barrier without proper licensing (Or being Italian) As someone who is part Italian, I KNOW.
I'm impressed by the fact that he even got the micro-tonal parts down perfectly, I don't play guitar but from what I understand that's very tricky to pull off on purpose
The bit where you rip off the mustache and place it onto your forehead as angry eyebrows got the biggest laugh I've had in a while out of me. Phenomenal cover!
Pepino is the type of guy who gets wildly out of range pizza orders because he has the 30 minutes or less policy And then he makes it in time! And then he just stands there triumphantly, while the people who are trying to scam him have to look around the house or whatever for any spare change to pay the Man because they weren’t expecting to pay for the pizza
It is INCREDIBLE to see this game and its banger OST receive the attention it deserves. Straight-up took a masterpiece of a dish and cooked it up to a thousand degrees of PURE adrenaline! The riffs are lightning-fast to the point where I had zero clue a human hand could play ‘em. The editing’s wonderful too, thank you for the built-in cooking tutorial :)
Anybody else notice that Death's whistle from Puss in Boots at the very end? That aside, this is a fantastic cover! I'd LOVE to hear ''The Death That I Deservioli'' as well if you're still in the Pizza Tower flow, I think it'd sound insanely good!
