Love ya'll's channel. I usually upgrade precons like you do. Rather than $30-$50 bucks like others.

Great video, lots of good adds in here. I've been playing a playtest of this deck for a bit and I found cramming in proliferate really helps. Cards like Tezzerets Gambit, Steady Progress and Contentious Plan are all in my deck.

Thanks for watching! Those are also really great card choices.

I agree. If Atraxa taught me anything, it’s that sub optimal cost cards that proliferate are not sub optimal with decks that like counters. Proliferation and pillow fort are the first upgrades for me. That will make the deck much better then your new powerful walkers can actually stay out and pop off

The links to Moxfield are super useful to see what's in my collection or not to know what to buy.

You should have taken out the other useless wall too, kept Teyo, and added Pramikon. With Teyo's -2 and Pramikon on the field, no one can attack, as long as you choose opposing directions.

I'd argue for Teferi, Temporal Archmage being included in any superfriends deck containing blue, otherwise, a fine list of upgrades.

I really thought about it. It’s a fantastic planeswalker but I didn’t want to go too high with the curve. -Hunter

Eh there may be a situation where Guff Rewrites can't be used but i think its nice to realize you also get to manifest off of losing a token.

Despite the prices on these precons with no MSRP getting out of hand, most precons Wizards put out are still great and is still recommended for any players of the format. Overtime when you do upgrades and removals, some of the cut cards can be thrown into a deck you can put together on the cheap like Fog Bank being used in Lynde from the Professor's decklist. With all that said tho, it's unfortunate these decks can be overcosted as the secondary market is going to dictate the precon's worth. The Necron Dynasty at the time going up to $85 showed how out of hand the prices can get. You can argue about licensing and the fact Wizards stating these won't see a reprint with the exception of certain singles having a Universe Within treatment if the demand is there, but the set has only been around for almost a year, and older precons usually loose value overtime until they officially stop printing them. Which makes me wonder, will we see some price drops on these decks at some point? Are they just going to get more expensive in a short amount of time? This is probably why we have yet to see the lands enter untap as long as two or more opponents are present, it doesn't matter how many times Wizards gets to add these into Precons, without an MSRP people will use that excuse to make the Precons cost more than they should. But anyway, enough ranting, what I say has nothing to do with your videos in general, I enjoy watching these upgrades even if I don't plan to make the decks or even enjoy the theme they're going for. It actually has helped me find good cards when making a deck and what can be cut whenever I finalize the builds. Very good that you were under budget too, general rule of thumb for me is if the deck is close to the $100 mark, it can count since we have no control of the cards value over the course of time. I personally don't find Planeswalker my type of deck, but you've shown a good build that can be good with any player! Looking forward to the $100 precon battle, and will keep an eye out for the $300 versions!

The way the prices of the precons have been going it seems like there isn’t a true ceiling to market them anymore. Thanks for watching! The videos will be out soon enough!

Sorry I'm new and this is the first Deck I've bought after 18 years of not playing Magic. How are you guys keeping track of all the counters in this deck?

Honor-worn Shaku allows for some seriously degenerate turns. It's a Cryptolith Rite for planeswalkers.

Why does Guff Rewrites History say “…for each player, choose target…”? Wouldn’t “…for each player, *target a…”* make more sense?

Former [L2], the wording is a functional choice for ease of understanding. Changing the text could potentially make it more difficult for newer players to understand the mechanics of the card, without making any difference in functionality. So the short answer is, no it wouldn't. There was an article by WotC, and someone who works with the Judges, who decided to make this shift in future rules text.
