The most difficult thing is getting the right diagnosis! So many things that can cause the pain-posterior tibial tendonitis, heel fat pad syndrome, calf muscle tightness, hip misalignment, etc. Your videos have been very helpful to understand all these issues!

I love this talk. I think instead of shockwave therapy I found someone who did some expert myofascial release work and it was probably the really long and drawn out version of shockwave, but it worked and the plantar fasciitis never came back. I was 23 and I felt like I was walking on a thumbnail and I would sweat when I walked it was so painful.

The ice massage & exercises I had been doing along with orthotics, but once I added vitamins D3 and K2 plus magnesium glycinate into the treatment, it was gone after about three weeks. I had been desperate, thought I'd never be rid of it. But after nearly eighteen months of agony it went away - this was two years ago and every day I'm so grateful I don't have that horrible heel pain any more.

I had my ankle scraped of scar tissue after a fracture. I had messed up ligaments that were not healed properly. Can you do a video on that? DOs and Dont's.

I felt like I was walking on broken glass. Then I got the boot and it was like a miracle treatment. It was much better the next day. After about 3 days it was almost entirely gone.
