i was fighting the pain from what i thought was a goat head thorn in my foot for over 6 months, i couldnt see it but my wife said it looked like a splinter so tried digging it out no luck it was very painful to the touch by now i have 2 so went to my family doctor & she froze them no luck at all so i wentcto a podiatrist 150 miles away & he said they were seed warts so he scraped a little then he put some medication on the areas & wrapped my foot said leave on for 3 days so i did then i removed the bandages & all was wonderful i could walk without pain but he said to get some soles for my shoe to help relieve the pressure on my feet! now its been 6 months & i have another one so i just got some compound W pads with salicylic acid its been about 24 hrs & it already feels better so is that the acid the podiatrist used on my feet you think or should i do something different? i cant afford to take off work & drive 300 miles round trip everytime this happens! Appreciate any help Thanks

I’m very careful to wear flip flops by the pool; no idea how I got it fifty years after I got one plantar wart what was excised. Hmm… I did have a guest who used my shower around that time… Podiatrists have tried all kinds of treatments except excising it-now, three years later I have 3-4 plantar warts on both feet and one on a toe… extremely painful!

After acid patch freezing and carving and Walter the plantar wart is still with me. I decided to use a dremal type device with a bb size abrasive tool and every couple days I grind it down. Pain is minimal and the next day I can jog again. I do hit blood quickly but it is getting smaller and less painful. Good Luck.

My grandma cured my warts with a simple fix after we had already tried freezing, burning, and just plain cutting them out but they always came back. They were on my chin so it wasn't appealing at all. But she had us put a tsp of minced garlic on it and covered with a bandaid. We changed it out twice a day and after about 2-3 weeks they diminished completely, for good 👍

A week ago after salicylic acid, freezing and other methods didn't work, I've had the most success with a High Frequency wand and the attachment that has the strongest concentration of electricity. 2 of my warts is already gone. But I have to zap the bigger wart a few more times on my heal. Anyhow, the wart that is left don't hurt near as much.

We use Apple cider vinegar in overnight dressings for several days at a time. First: cover the area with a water proof band aid or dressing (after cutting a wart sized hole in the middle of it). This protects the healthy skin from the vinegar. Second: soak a small piece of cotton wool, or gauze, with apple cider vinegar (we find vinegar containing the "mother" is most effective). Apply the wet gauze to the area, and cover with a second band aid/ dressing to stop it drying out. Remove the dressing in the morning. This can be repeated several nights in a row, but too many in a row can lead to irritation and discomfort. To avoid this, it's effective to do the dressing every second night, until the wart can be physically removed (it should drop off once it's dead). 👌

It takes a week when I do it. I cut the first layer of skin away with some twicers, then wrap some electrical tape around my foot where the wart is. Done. No need to cut down to where it hurts, just make sure to keep everything clean.

Really appreciate this video man. I’m 15 and I’ve have two warts on my foot for about 4 months. I finally showed my parents and we were trying to figure out what this was until just now when I stumbled upon this video and realized that this is exactly what I have. I have a plantar wart on my foot……..it usually comes back once or twice a year. Especially when I start wearing flip flops or going barefoot. I’m soaking my foot right now for my hubs to remove the dead skin. Now this sounds crazy but it works once the dead skin is removed as much as possible I will put Vicks Vapor Rub on it at night within about 2 weeks or less it will be completely gone.

About 10 or so years ago I had a couple planters warts on the bottom of my foot & now as my luck would have it I’ve got one on each foot & when I went to doctor the nurse dug them out & that hurt. So now I’d like to do something at home less painless.

20 years ago i had a cluster of plantar warts on foot bottom. I applied acid i bought online that looked like lipstick. I covered the acid with duct tape, wore socks and shoes went to work 12 hours. Came home pulled out the talpe. 70 percent of the cluster got pulled out. I repeated 3 days later. The rest got pulled out. Repeated after 3 days. All gone. My doctor wanted to remove all skin on my foot bottom. Glad didn't listen to him

@@avrilbenjamin6261 The acid name is : Salicylic acid 40% . It came concentrated in a liptsick shaped container. Applied it with Q-tip on all white spots, even small ones, then covered with duct tape. Few days later skin on bottom was ready to peal . Upon pealing 1st time, I saw plugs got pulled out . The plugs left dents the size of a lentil bean each. Those plugs were the warts , as if someone had nailed them in .

I have some on my foot but I don't exactly know of it's really warts though it's spreading I think. And it's becoming black. The problem is it's too itchy so I scratches it so now there's even dome black spots on my lower leg and foot. It ruinedy skin. I don't have any idea what it really is but according to what I've seen on your video it might be a plantar warts.

I have been using salicylic acid and a scapula to cut the wart out. I want to know how to tell if the wort is removed. Initially I have been cutting away dead skin. The area became smaller and smaller. I cut the remaining hardened skin and now it is bleeding. Does this mean the wart is gone?

At 28 years old, I had one on my heel for @ 1 1/2 years. Very, very painful near the end. I was so sick of it, I poked into it after I cut some out with an exacto knife. The wart looked like a slice of string cheese laying vertical. I took a pair of tweezers & poked at it. I pulled at one of the strings & it came out like spaghetti. I kept at it until I had them all pulled out. I couldn't believe how much I pulled out. It was bleeding & I squoze it to relieve the pressure, & blood shot out like a boil. It went away & I never had one since. I'm 66 years old now.

@@bnee4313 I did it once a day for 20-30 Minutes 😊 the mixture was about 1:10 salt to water. And I used hot water, so the salt dissolved easier. Also the salt I used was Himalayan salt.

After seeing podiatrist who peeled at it and freezes it. We saw wart come more to the surface. The wart was deep but with the doctors help it came to the surface after a few days. When we saw it at the surface then We placed a soaking Apple cider vinegar over wart for a few minutes til the wart came above the surface of the skin like a ball. Cleanse the area with alcohol and with tweezer gentle pull out the ball of wart.cleanse the area. Antibiotic ointment and a bandage.

I used to get them in my early 20s and I just had one recently at 40 and I’ve tried about everything and there’s only one way to get rid of a planters wart. Cut out as much as you can stand and then sterilize a thick needle and heat it up red hot and stick it down in the center of the wart and hold it there as long as you can stand. It hurts like hell but it always heals up quickly the wart is gone. For me anyways.

I had two plantar’s warts on my right foot for as long as I can remember. Until I was 15, I had them scraped and nitrogen freezed. It never worked until I had a really deep clean of it and freezed. I still have them but they aren’t really visible anymore and they aren’t spreading 😊

I had a huge wart for several years on my heal. My dermatologist tried everything. Nothing worked. He suggested surgery. Did I mention it was huge? At the same time my wife found something about Tagamet. After taking it orally it immediately started working. Gone in a month never to return. If it does I know what to use. For some reason my skin doctor was doubtful it could have been a Tagamet. For me it worked painlessly,and quickly. Oh yeah, it cheap too.

Doc tried burning then freezing my planters wart on my big toe. Nothing seemed to work it kept coming back. I tried using compound w on mine and a week of digging the last of the root out of my toe. That finally got rid of it. Once I got the root it went away. I’m not saying it’s for others but it sure worked on mine. I was persistently picking at the root till I got the whole thing. Then it was finally gone. Check with your doc before trying. I did it at my own risk. Maybe I got lucky but I was sure glad it was gone.

I know this video is 2 years old now but I had plantar warts as a young ballerina and they recently resurfaced (podiatrist confirmed) when I started a high activity job. I tried cutting them down and freezing them for MONTHS to no avail. I caved and got a salicylic acid drop treatment because it's more work but it started showing signs of working after the first treatment! I'm a week in and it's at least a couple of mm shallower than it was!

Apple Cider Vinegar. Soak a cotton ball the same size as the wart (to avoid vinegaring your unaffected skin) and duct tape it to your foot at the start of every day. Replace it daily and before you know it your wart will be history!

I used everything apple cider vinegar, the over the counter medicated pads and then watched a video where the lady used aspirin paste and duct tape!!! So far so good!! Grateful! I guess you he slowness of the aspirin and the duct tape is what’s helping! Now to let the skin heal. I’ve done the past for 2 weeks and had been cutting all dead skin down to open wound! But I just kept cleaning, pasteing, duct taping! I think I’m gonna let it heal slowly without paste and only duct tape now. I’m praying it’s gone!

Well the aspirin paste certainly keep my what u thought was a wart in check! But I ended up getting diagnosed with ALM melanoma:( Little did I know aspirin actually kills cancer! But unfortunately I waited to long and did my own treatments and my cancer is aggressive and I’m still fighting the fight. So please go to doctor and get checked.

i have ten warts on my feet and the pain has gotten so bad that if i don’t take advil during the day, i can barely walk. i’m going to a doctor next month so i really hope i can get these fixed

Had both heels covered with plantar warts, couldn’t step on them. Went to a dr he frozen them and they turned black and I picked them out. Had enormous holes left put they never came back.

I’ve had this wart on the ball of my foot for weeks. I have been using 40% salicylic acid bandaid pads for like 3 weeks now and the wart hurts all the time. Makes it almost impossible to skate, play soccer etc but I think it’s finally healing idek anymore lol

@@afroman5531 lol yeah, but if I remember correctly it took 8 total weeks (2months) for it to be completely gone. Cuz I’m skeptical so even when it was basically healed I used it for another week or so to make sure the bugger was killed off. I haven’t had a wart since. The instructions rec you avoid the skin around the wart that isn’t infected but there no way around it. The med will really over hydrate and make the skin white and peeled. I don’t recommend the 20% SA which I tried at first (the drops) that 💩 was like 3 weeks in with no signs of improvement.

I had 4-5 Plantar warts on my foot since 6 months. Therefore, I went to a experienced foot surgeon/podiatrist after going to other doctors around town who couldn't help me with this. Anyways, he cut some part of out it asked me to take protective care and come back after 2 weeks to repeat the same procedure for 3 months. i.e., 6 straight sessions. It was my frist session l. There was some blood but now I feel way better than before, much more relaxed and enjoyable. The whole thing will cost me like $500 in India. All things included. I'd say a nice deal :)

duct tape worked for my finger wart that I had for 7years. My profession required me to use cases of duct tape daily. I now have a plantar wart for two years now. I will be applying duct tape again as it is getting painful. Thank you for your advice.

I had a plantar wart in the ball of my foot for 18 months. I put a salicylic acid. Compound W maximum strength bandage on for two hours. I did this twice over the course of three days and the second time the wart came off in the bandage. I cut the dead skin around it and the pain is nearly gone when I walk!

I’ve had a plantar wart on my foot since I was 19. I’m 40 now and it’s still there! I’ve been to 3 different doctors and each tried something different. Surgery, freezing and acid. It just keeps coming back!

In difficult cases sometimes using some anesthetic and removing the wart completely has best results in these complex cases. The downside is a dressing is usually required for at least a few days or a week with decrease walking. We wish you good luck and hope you can find a doctor to work with you to help with your problem.

Just soak your feet/foot in warm/hot water with about 1/2 cup of household bleach and a few drops of dish soap for aprox 15 to 20 minutes. repeat next day. The wart will disappear with no side effects. trust me it works. Wart should be gone in aprox. one week. I had discovered this by accident, I had a planters wart on thumb and cleaned a large coffee urn at work with bleach, dish soap and hot water. A week later my planters wart on thumb was gone. then later had one on foot did mentioned treatment and gone a week later, no pain or discomfort or hole, just disappears.

I just turned 49, I had a planters wart on my right heel for about 4 years now...this thing grew to about the size of a dime, it hurt like hell and felt like it was so deep. I tried everything freezing from drugstore, multiple jars of acid from drug store, freezing from the Dr. I dug at this thing like a madman. I tried the apple cider vinegar, tried the duct tape everything you could think of!! This thing was not going anywhere. one day not too long ago I looked at the lysol wipes and thought , why not? I scraped it with a knife until it bleed...and scrubbed it with the lysol wipe , I have done this a couple of times now and the wart no longer hurts to walk on and it is almost gone completely. I never thought I would get rid of this thing , Lysol wipes!!! I imagine if you scraped the wart and cut a square of lysol wipe and taped it on it would work even better. I cannot believe this thing is almost gone, I am so happy.

@@jvig237 its shrunken significantly in size and it does not hurt when there is pressure put on it now. I have been scraping at it , but I am going to leave it alone for awhile and see if it grows out, if that makes sense. The wipes have been the only thing that has helped to reduce it . check back with me in a month and I will let you know how it is!

@Jared Vigil almost completely gone now 99.8% i just shaved off most of the dead skin I would say it's gone! Can apply extreme pressure and there is no pain at all and visually it just looks like it needs to grow back the skin i shaved off

I developed a wart at the tip of my thumb 😡! I was eating a bunch of grapes after cutting my nails (i keep them short), and each grape came off the bunch with a little stalk that i pinched off with my thumb and forefinger. Halfway through the bunch, i felt a pain in my thumb just in front of the nail right where i was pinching the grape stalks. I thought I'd torn the skin or picked up a splinter, but everything looked fine. The pain never went away until a few days later when the wart appeared .. and it's still there about 6 months later. ACV did absolutely nothing, neither did regular scrubbing with bicarb and castor oil. Regular application of iodine eventually dried out the skin which came off nicely, but the wart came back too. Salicylic acid 16% caused a blister, but after that healed and came off, the wart came back again. Latest was a pimple treatment that also contains salicylic acid, but too weak to cause blistering .. it dried out the skin like the iodine, but was just as ineffective. Still looking 😢 .. considering garlic under a plaster next
