Enjoyed the update. Looks like things are happening. I use 1.5 quarts of atrazine, 1.5 quarts of prowl, 1.5 quarts of glyphosate, and about half a pint of 2,4-D. Works very well on what's already up and good residual.
You can get generic callisto for 100 bucks or less a gallon. 3oz to the ace is the post rate and it works good on most all the broadleaves and has some activity on annual grasses. If you look up "weed response to herbicides in corn" there's a good chart with herbicides listed on one side and weeds on the top with ratings put out my michigan state university that I use all the time.
In addition to listing the soil and post activity on herbicides I like they list off all the premixes with what's in them also. Saves a lot of money usually mixing it yourself with generics as long as your careful. I know lumax has got 6oz of mesitrione (calisto) in it but its safened in lumax, can't put 6oz of generic post or it will sting the corn.
