Best day of my life. Travelled down from Yorkshire, found out I was going to be an Uncle for the first time on the way down. Sees us win 2-0 at Wembley in front of over 85,000 with Redmond's goal one of the best I've seen live. Got home at 1am by bus because the trains were on strike, was back in work 3 hours later, couldn't have cared less I was so happy.

Boro1Legend Not afraid of any of them. We don't have too much trouble getting out of this division (we've returned to the top tier three times in the last decade and a bit, since our longest spell in it of nine seasons in the mid 80s to mid 90s). It's staying out of it we find tricky... Given you've just had seven straight seasons in the second tier (and only really competed to get back up in three of those), we'll see how much the established Prem clubs have moved on in your absence...

Ripplez Yeah I agree, they have incredible supporters and had a great season. Shame when you think back to a time when they were good enough to play in Europe. Good luck to you guys for next season, lot of respect that you use a large amount of homegrown talent and make great yet cheap signings. Especially after losing so many key players last summer, for you guys to go on and have a better season is unbelievable. Hope Ward-Prowse can nab a regular first team spot as well, really rate him and his set piece ability.

I remember adding my own commentary to Jerome's goal - " Look, I've got the ball here ... anybody want it ? No ? Ok, I'll just put it out of the way in this net then ..." Made my family laugh anyway. And also this was revenge for Boros 1-0 win at Carrow Road a few weeks earlier which effectively stopped the Canaries winning a top 2 place. Good times, and now we are about to romp away with the Championship title by a country mile again. OTBC.

Really hope we keep Gary Hooper next season. Heard we are being linked to Rhodes, don't know why we would buy him when we have Hooper who (imo) is just as good. We need a old fashioned goal poacher for the PL and it will be a disaster if we sell him, or even worse, loan him out
Well this is all pointless now...Probably would've been a good idea if we'd bought some decent defenders in the summer and someone who can score but probably better for McNally if he kept his money

Jerome tackle leading to his goal was perfectly valid, the Boro player fell flat on his arse from minimal contact (which in my opinion is dirty tactics from Boro), the second goal was pure class teamwork finished off by Redmond. Only negative feature that can be bought up from this video is the blocking of the GK from the corner, but this happens every game. The rest of the game was controlled by Norwich without even having to come out of 2nd gear. Having a strong physical presence is not dirty tactics, Boro were weak and were easy to control and on the day, the better team won.
