Is there a reason Grubby's UI doesn't show hero xp, items, and abilities anymore? I quite liked that since it can be hard to tell at a glance with how fast he can be.
Thank you for asking this question. My english is poor, so I avoid asking thinks with too much texting. But I always wanted to know about this UI issues. It's nice when we could see the itens and everything.
Hi Grubby, I have a question about your strat. I always wondered if fast tech as an Orc isn´t voulnerable to tower pushes against human, since you don´t have any units for quite a while? What is your expirience? Thank you in advance, love your content.
Tower rushes have a very different build order from regular strats, so if you scout properly you can see it coming and adapt even before the first peasants arrive to the orc base
@@askarth9204 but still, no1 scouts with a peon anymore and spoting that strat can't be that easy. 4 farms can also mean expo and lumber mill can be build much later. And what will you do then, when you only have FS and maybe 1 or 2 grunts agaist 6 peasants, AM and quite a lot of footmen (5-6)?
It is a threat against orcs and has been for a long time, but not played as much these days because orcs have learned to counter it. When you reach T2 you get reinforced burrows so enemy cannot push into your base, make demolishers to destroy the towers and get 2nd hero. They key to defeating the tower rush is to kill the peasants and Far Seer wolves do a good job before the towers are finished.
@@LaborHours yeah that seems about right, I'm human player myself and I always wondered why other humans don't do it. I personaly don't like tower rushes, but I always wondered if it wouldn't be a valueble strat. Thanks for the info.
It seems u have the idea of playing orc combat then alternating with mystical druid gameplay. From the games I see, orcs without a homeland tend to tank in front of stormwind infrastructure and tire out quickly.
Pulverize has always been strong. I often get it with even only 1 Tauren. But AM is juicy, he dies so easily to melee attack. It's just hard to pin him down.
aside from humans have mechanical critters, the critters usually body blocks unit. Not sure if it still does now but it is a habit of killing them to prevent getting body blocked by them
You got a great lead pinning him in early game then taking that camp as he hits the burrow. Why do players do that? They go to your base and keep hitting a tower or bunker while you creep and just repair it.... getting nothing accomplished, barely even trying to target peons that are repairing.
This game is such a classic. The graphics still hold up too. I wish theyd make Warcraft 4 but move away from the cartoon graphics and a more darker/realistic style.
Reforged moved to a darker style (_maybe_ you could call it realistic or at least cinematic, but it's debatable), but the problem is that even though most units look better in isolation, in an actual game it makes things hard to see.
