Your time management has improved, you strike a nice balance of spending more time in the opening and slightly less in the late middle and end games.

In the opening, isnt it generally spoken a good idea when your opponent lines up the Bishop-Queen, to put your Rook on e8, so you can retreat with your Bishop to h8?

1:50 Neither pawn move stops the B swap, because he simply exchanges pawns first. How you can prevent the swap is Re8 and then after Bh6 you play Bh8. Not saying that is necessarily what you should play, but that is the way you can avoid such trades.

2:50 It's a long while since I played the KI from either side, but after d5 he has closed the centre and is obviously going to attack your King. Generally speaking you want to open the centre in such situations, but your opening play made that difficult. Makes me think that Re8 was correct, because here you could push the e-pawn (probably after Nf8). If he 0-0-0 then you'd be happy to sac a pawn with a6/b5. However, he didn't appear to know how to attack here. He should play h5 (several opportunities after Ne5). If Nxh5/ g4 Nf6/ Qh6+ Kg8/ g5 Nh5/ f4 which not only attacks Ne5 but threatens the Nh5 with the Be2.
