Hurt my elbow... having to play left handed so that I don't do more damage... oh the humanity! So many times we play through the pain and that can actually prolong the problem. Know when to take a break, and think of it as a great time to work on something new and hard... like playing with the opposite hand. Your brain and your body will thank you... if you can let go of some pride and be willing to make some really bad shots as your body adjusts to thinking backwards :D. Let's go for a walk in the woods and try to figure this game out all over again!
