thanks so much for talking about your experience with anti-depressants. i recently started zoloft for anxiety and it’s been making me feel off so i skipped day. hearing you talk about this and explaining the question of “why is this happening to me?” is very helpful. ❤️

this is exactly my timeline of how everything went for me and same bad habits/mental issues. its hard to differentiate sometimes if it's your mental or PMDD. I also suffer from a auto immune system so im always outta wack lolol enjoyed this youre not alone

hey lisa! glad to see a new video ❤ i’ve been on the same birth control pill for about 6 years now, but i’ve been having off cycles lately and bleeding between periods, etc. my obgyn suggested i switch pills bc the old one might not be working for my body anymore. i’m trying one called vestura that’s supposed to help with pmdd, my hormonal acne, etc. For me, the pill is just necessary to regulate my cycle and emotions lol
