Hi Mr Ali Thank for sharing this video it's very helpfull but I'm confused. In this video you explained that as a result of updating the stakeholder register you have to update stakeholder engagement plan and then you have to raise a change request. So, I didn't understand why the answer for the question 5 of stakeholder section was D raise a change request. Thank you.
when a new stakeholder comes you need to put them in stakeholder register ; you dont need change request for that but if you have to have update stakeholder engagement plan then you need to raise chagne reques, is it clear now?
In the risk part of video 6:04:11, if the contingency reserve was already included in an initial stage, then how the cost baseline will be updated? As the cost baseline is = actual cost + contingency reserve
hello Amer bhai, In Risk types, After Avoid ...risk shall be Transfer or Mitigate...i think Transfer should come first and then mitigate? please clarify.
