Ray, thank you so much for all your help! I took the PMP exam yesterday and I passed with "Above Target" on all domains. I spent the last week watching all your videos (and purchased your Udemy mock exams) and can definitely attest that your preparation methods are spot on! Lessons learned to all who are about to take the exam: this video on Agile methodology is crucial to understand. Know the different procedures in what to do for predictive vs hybrid vs Agile methods. Thanks again, Ray!
Hello, many many congratulations on achieving this milestone in your career! It is all because of your hard work & dedication...enjoy the achievement! Welcome to the club... Please share my RU-vid channel and my 380-Q Udemy mock within your network & peer group! That's the only way I can reach out to more potential PMP aspirants like you!...and help them achieve success... if you had taken my UDEMY course and found it helpful, it would be wonderful if you can provide a 5/5 rating & write a nice review for it…honestly, it would mean the world to me 😊 Wish you all the best in your career ahead...which I am sure will scale new heights now with PMP!!! I am really happy that I was a part of your journey for PMP... 😊 All the best, stay well... Best, Ray
Please help me with Q1. It is mentioned in Agile Practise guide that "Standups are for realizing there are problems-not for solving them. Add the issues to a parking lot, and then create another meeting, which might be right after the standup, and solve problems there. " But choice b says "effective way to fix dashboard". Isnt that contradictory?
Hi Meena, yes...you are right that issues are not 'fixed' within the daily-stand-ups...however, there is no harm/no mandate that stops you discussing any immediate work-around that might be taken. Please note that the APG is based on 'principles' and not 'rules'. While leading a virtual team, if your primary means of interaction with your team members fail...nothing is more important than defining a mitigation at the earliest. Also when you evaluate option B with A,C and D...it is the best choice.
Hi Ray, As Pmi officially announced that PMBOK 6 is sunsetting, plz explain will affect preparation based on the current joined courses/simulators, I know the exam is not based on PMBOK but on ECO, but joined online courses only source of material for me,, please explain.
Hi Nitin, PMI has never officially announced that PMBOK-6 is 'sunsetting'. Whatever you hear over social media are comments without proper research. 50% of the exam is still on 'waterfall' and hence it's logically not possible to 'sunset' PMBOK-6. Both PMBOK-7 and PMBOK-6 is important for your exam preparation. Please check this video where I have shared this in detail: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-Zrha9FrzvQ8.html
Question 3: "Definition of ready" is made up. Its "Definition of done" as per PMBOK. This actually creates confusion while selecting the options. Any suggestion on this?
Hi Ray, I like your coaching style. I have completed 35 hours of mandatory training from simply learn. And I will finish my application this week. I have brought your mock simulator from udemy. Have not opened it yet. What I would like is you going over all the questions with deep explanation like this in a video format. Could you suggest me any of your courses like this? More from exam preparation and solidifying concepts, before I begin your mock simulator?
Hi, that's a great idea. Will definitely explore it. For now, why don't you go over the entire situational Q's playlist on RU-vid? It will give you some perspective. Also, when you start solving Q&As from my Udemy simulator, please go through the answers & explanations as well. They are quite detailed to help you understand your knowledge gaps.
@@PMPwithRay Thanks. Are the Situational Playlist uptodate with the new PMP format? Are you taking about this Playlist ru-vid.com/group/PLJUZRVsj_YUxuOAIfQZy-B_8cX_gXE6qs
@@PMPwithRay Hi Ray, Just to let you know that I started with the udemy simulator based on your advice. And I ceared the qualification question set with over 70 %. Felt good 👍. Thank you for all your advice.
@@PMPwithRay Thanks, Will start set 2 - As I have learned from you its not about scores. I'll create a errot log after each set and analyze and grow. Wish me luck. Will use these tests as a feedback mechanisim to polish my skills
Hello Grace, since the mode of the program remains self-study as before, you need to arrange other learning materials such as PMBOK 6, 7 and Agile Practice Guide yourself to follow along with my course. Please read the course disclaimer in the registration page before you sign up: www.lighthall.co/class/d95b758a-859c-4eba-a583-9a42a6b229bd Cheers, Ray
Sir as it is been said that we can appear for CAPM exam 3 times in a year. So is like if I pay once the exam fees and can attend 3 times exam or i will have to pay 3 time separately for 3 exams ? Your response will be really valuable

Hello Chetan, I had published a video very recently on advance level PM certifications and I have covered details of PMI-ACP and CSM certifications there.
