Quick Tip: You can drag your stylus around to collect beans instead of clicking. Much faster, and you don't click on Pokemon by mistake.

to put it simply i just use life orb first impressions and then spam leech life (because it was buffed) and use iron defense if i need it (4th attack is liquidation)

You really should use Pokémon refresh, maxing a Pokémon's affection has saved my Pokémon multiple times during battle with clutch evades, or curing themselves of a status effects instantly

just a heads up if you have had a full field of beans, pick all of them up until even after a few shakes nothing appears. now keep shaking it takes about 15 shakes approx just keep tapping, there will be either a spotted bean or striped bean that drops just below the tree to the right

The worst part of the whole thing is Mohn sets off the whole story, and you see him all the time. One of those times it kills me that the player character can't explain the knowledge they have of the world. "I read that your dad went missing in a book in your mom's secret evil underground torture room. I know your dad, he's fine, he's just chilling out in another dimension, I can hop you a Charizard to go visit him literally any time you'd like. Tell your mom too, it'll be better for all of us." And the worst part is: in order to keep the canon of the story, Ash isn't going to find out that info either so they're all doomed to suffer because communication of vital information doesn't exist in anime. Hell, that's a criticism of anime, Japan, and even people in general. They have a tendency to know the thing that will prevent a negative outcome and not say it because it wasn't important enough to remember, or they thought the person in need already knew. I had a bad experience in a Mystery Room game due to this. My friend didn't tell us a vital clue because he thought we already knew about it. Or going back to the game, you get attacked by Team Skull at one point for information that you're all too happy to give by the time you see them because there's no "Hold your fire, I got this homies" option in the dialogue tree.

I dont know if it works for everyone, but on the bean island, if you collect the initial dropped beans (with out touching the stalk) and then tap a pokemon and go through its summary, exit and there should be more beans. worked for me, recieved bulk, wondering if it works for others?

When using beans and the timer says 24-hours, you can put in beans that add up to 12-hours and it will allow you to half the time it takes without using too many beans.

Has anyone encountered a glitch where you can't put more than 20 beans in a crate on any of the islands? Usually I do 30, but suddenly when I decreased the amount of beans in a crate I can't go back up. I'm afraid to go down anymore for I might be stuck at 19 or less to put in a crate. I did several searches for such a glitch but no one has documented such a glitch.

There seems to be a timing based method. Different wild Pokemon stay at the Pelago longer than others, I've never been able to get a Trevenant because it always left after 10 or so hours; and I kept trying to check on it. It's come 3 times, no luck. Other common Pokemon have stayed for much longer until they were ready to join my group. But less common Pokemon? Seem to stay less frequent. There is nothing confirming this, though, and I'm looking for something that helps with the timing.

I think Mohn may have woken up in the Poké Pelago with almost no memory, as we've seen happened to Anabel after she went through an Ultra Wormhole, or supposedly Looker in ORAS (although that's just theory).

If you shake the tree that gives beans after it doesn't give any more of them repeatedly, the first time it will give you a normal bean (red if I'm correct), then get the bean and keep shaking, the tree will give you a second bean after a while (red, again, if I'm correct), and still, keep shaking, and the third time it will always give you a rainbow bean. ALWAYS. I found out by myself. Did this more then 10 times now. It always worked so far. You're welcome.

Gold bottle cap first time doing a lvl 3 treasure run and a pyukumuku which I hven't even encountered in the wild plus all the other perks like infinite berries it's pretty much essential. Even if you only have like 40 pkmon in your box just start it up it only takes like 4 days worth of beans to max out the important stuff

I have been entrenched in pokemon games since Platinum, not that long, but eventually I just traded all my Mons up the generations into sun so I have 240ish pokemon in my boxes, and an early tip, when the pelago lady introduces you to that tree it will drop unlimited beans so stock up in the tutorial...might take a while though(they could have patched it at some point as well)

If you keep shaking the bean tree even after there's no more coming out, you'll get a bean every few shakes and after a lot of shakes you'll get a rainbow bean (that was really bad explaining oops)

Leppa berries are extremely useful for SOS battles if you're running low on PP for whatever Pokemon you're using. Invest in the berry fields.
