Can you Beat Pokemon Emerald if your Pokemon ONLY Have 1 HP?
In this video I answer the question "Can you Beat Pokemon Emerald if your Pokemon ONLY Have 1 HP?" This Pokemon challenge is something that Im sure we've all thought about. It ended up being one of the harder Pokemon challenges that I've ever attempted, even harder than most hardcore nuzlockes. Anyway I hope you enjoy my struggle through Pokemon Emerald with my team only having 1 hp.

you should’ve used Shedinja, therefore the HP is normal, and you are immune to not very effective moves, and neutral move. Although, I’m not sure if it could help much.

Fun fact sturdy works differently in gen 3 it only protects from ohko moves like fissure not all attacks that can ohko you another example s h e a r c o l d

flail is bad for 1 hp pokemon. it's why shedinja doesn't use it even though it has access to it: it's technically at full health, meaning flail has the minimum power at all times

in the first 4 generations, sturdy only activates against OHKO moves which are: sheer cold, fissure, guillotine, and horn drill. this video is of someone playing a 3rd generation game (RSE) meaning it works like this
