Taking cost into consideration, these are my favorite sardines, aside from perhaps King Oscar's with jalepenos. The smoky flavor is so good, and it's impressive how many fish you get in that tiny can. Add crackers and it's a great lunch.

I found these at Walmart about the same time, and for the same reason, as you. At first I thought the plastic cover was a printed on can image, but I was also intrigued to find out that I was actually looking at the product inside. I really like these., more than any sardines I’ve ever had. I like their small size and that smoky flavor. I had not analyzed their organ content until you mentioned it. Doesn’t matter. Probably healthier to eat everything anyway.
I JUST bought a can of these on Tuesday, and they are in my pantry, then lo and behold, I find this particular video, and also became a new subscriber... it's meant to be!

I found them at Meijer and like trying new things. Thought the package was pretty cool and actually thought the lid was just a picture cuz they just looked too neat. LOL One of the better texture of sardine I've had.. I love them tail and all!
just polished off a can of Polar smoked sardines in olive oil with saltine crackers, a bit of gorganzola chees crumbles, 3-4 Mettzetta garlic stuffed olives and a 24boz Dos Equis salt & lime cerveza!!! I'm happy! Beats McDonald's for sure!!!
Nice video. I happened to come here in search of sardines while eating a can of sprats. Although on the lid it clearly says, Beach Cliff Sardines in oil. I wasnt aware sprats were in the same family as sardines.

"Smokem if you gottem.' Very nicely packaged sardines! I haven't had them in years because my wife thinks they are disgusting. I want to try them on pizza (not really). Anyhow, the next time I am I Wilmington, maybe we can get together and eat sardines. Looks looks like that will not be soon due to COVID-19.

These sardines taste great ... however they are canned in material made with BPA. My reason for eating sardines is for health, but the packaging defeats the purpose. I wish they would change this because I really like these sardines.

Pretty much a dole fruit bowl. 😂 I've seen this brand before, now I'll have to try them. Also, is the tail an obviously different texture to the rest of the fish?
giraffes make less noise eating,,lol hahaha,,you are funny with all the the bits you do,,btw sometimes the innerds are removed with the head but i guess its all edible so long there is no feces left in em lol sorry ,,sometimes i see the liver in mine but i dont care for it much and discard it even though its probably good for ya ,,btw you should have done hand gestures while describing they are hadn packed and smoked like evanna white

You will be ruined for all other types of sardines after you try these smaller smoked ones from Latvia. The ones from Portugal, Morocco, China, and the super cheap ones in Latino markets are all mushy in texture, while the small Latvia ones have the perfect firmer texture. They're packaged under different labels Like "Riga Gold" or with all Russian text on it except a paper sticker with English. They're also in glass jars and larger cans with metal tops.
These things are so addictive especially dusted with a lil flour and air fried . Lmao I bought them because of the packaging also. Fyi they were 1.77 a can. The website is raping us on the price smdh
