Elite i20 Asta (O), especially the 2018-2020 model is a true allrounder in this segment, 6 airbags, nice insulation, smooth & comfy ride for everyone, decent build quality, decent specs and decent performance, etc. The best thing is, unlike Polo, there are no butthurt fans for i20 that keep on tuning their engine to drag race every other car. Secondly, if money is not an issue for maintenance and repairs (read sensors), then go for a segment above to satisfy your thrills. That way, you will get better specs plus better comfort for copassengers as well for a similar overall price point. Polo is best for 'ഇരുമ്പിനെ പ്രണയിച്ച single rev-happy boys'. Not really a satisfactory family/group travel vehicle as far as practicality is concerned. Very few service centres, expensive sensors and other parts, and frequent service centre visits are really a hassle and a headache. If safety is your biggest priority and you're gonna bash me on that, let me suggest Volvo for those folks, especially since money is not an issue for you guys, apparently.
