You addressed the age 28 to 38 which only considered pregnancy and feeding...all these 10 years are not focused on this...so let's consider normal and regular requirement as well. 28 to 38 is the stage when women tend to be most active in their life. Information is missing there

Drink water before having food. Consuming water 20 min. before food also helps in cut down the craving for food. Please remember, "before" meal and not after.

Chew your food for 32 times take small bites.. At the end you wil. Consume less rice... Eat slowly take half n hour to complete food
