The recipe:
700 gr. pork
5 tablespoons of oil
1 onion
1 carrot
250 gr. of rice
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 liter of beef broth
1 bay leaf
Cut the meat into cubes. Season with salt and pepper.
Wash the rice well. Cover with water and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Fry over high heat in hot oil for 5 minutes.
Cut onion and carrot. Add the vegetables to the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Add a cup of water and wait for the meat to cook for 20 minutes.
Then, rice and broth are added. Everything is put on a baking pan.
Bake for 30 minutes at 170 ° C / 340 F / in a preheated oven.
