In Bulgaria, kebap is cooked as a stew, unlike Arabic or Turkish kebap.
The unique flavor of the dish is due to the wine that is used to cook it.
☞The ingredients for the recipe:✰
800 g of beef
1 onion
5 tablespoons of oil
3 garlic cloves
4 pickled cucumbers
2 teaspoons paprika
2 tablespoons tomato paste concentrate
1 glass of red wine - 180 ml.
1 sprig of savory (1 teaspoon dry)
1 tablespoon of flour
30g of butter
salt to taste
For the mashed potatoes:
1 kilogram of potatoes
60 gr. of butter
200 ml. Milk
1 teaspoon salt
